Your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount when you place your order. The charges will be captured when the order ships. Credit card charges will appear as 'BOTSG Inc.' on your statement. 

If you entered a coupon code during checkout, the amount of your discount will not be shown in your cart, but will be shown on your final invoice. 

When you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation. Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.

RETURNS

Blue Star Diamond products purchased from BORIDE Engineered Abrasives cannot be returned without prior authorization by a Customer Service Representative and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact BORIDE at 231.929.2121 x 4 for any questions about returns.
